Risks of Complications by Attending Physicians After Performing Nighttime Procedures

外科医と産科婦人科医が12 AM-6 AMまでの間に夜間手術や分娩を行った場合に翌朝以降の手術・分娩で合併症が増えるかどうかの研究(Matched retrospective cohort study)。
夜間手術の後、6時間以下しか睡眠機会(sleep opportunity)が無かった場合合併症の発症率は上がる。

というわけで明日に備えて寝ます
